Order Process

Please choose your colour(s), size and design using the drop-down boxes provided. If you want something a bit different, please email us at [email protected].

All GlowBeanies are handmade to order and can be tailored to your requirements so that they can be unique.

Delivery - by Royal Mail

Delivery is by Royal Mail and is included in the price within the United Kingdom. Please add ‘International Postage and Packing’ to your order if elsewhere. Most orders take about a week, with larger orders taking up to 28 days. All GlowBeanie accessories are handmade to order so please be patient.

Returns

Please notify us immediately through our email address on the ‘Contact Us’ page if not completely satisfied. Returns should be sent unworn within 14 days to the mailing address on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Your item(s) can be exchanged for a similar item or your money refunded via PayPal through our 100% no-quibble money-back guarantee.

Cancellations Policy

If you change your mind after ordering, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange the necessary refund.

We don’t like it when our details are sold to someone else, so we won’t do it to you. We do not make your personal details available to any third party, unless required to do so by law.
